Terms of Use

These terms are offered by Ben Turner, trading as INCRMNT, based in Burgess Hill, UK. They cover the INCRMNT website, free mobile tracker, shared account and optional AI Coach Pro subscription. Separate terms apply to any personal coaching service. Contact [email protected].

Eligibility

The first release is for UK residents using English. You must provide accurate account information and confirm that you are at least 13. INCRMNT does not ask for your date of birth. AI Coach Pro, subscriptions and personal-training connections are limited to adults aged 18+ and require a separate confirmation that you are 18 or older.

The free tracker

Free accounts can create routines and log unlimited strength, basic cardio and daily aggregate nutrition totals. Workout logging is designed to work offline; queued data will sync when connectivity returns. Keep your device and account secure and review synced records after a prolonged outage or edit conflict.

AI Coach Pro

AI Coach Pro costs £9.99 a month, tax inclusive in the UK, with no trial or annual plan at launch. It is marketed as unlimited fair use, subject to burst, concurrency, abnormal token-use, fraud, safety and spend-circuit controls. Apple, Google or RevenueCat Web Billing processes the purchase. The relevant store manages renewal, cancellation, grace periods, refunds and expiry. Restoring purchases requires the same INCRMNT account.

AI responses and programme proposals are generated using automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Workload calculations and safety screens reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. A programme proposal cannot change your active programme until you accept it. AI Coach Pro is general education for healthy adults, not medical diagnosis, treatment, injury rehabilitation, pregnancy care, eating-disorder support or a prescribed medical diet.

Exercise and nutrition safety

Exercise carries risk. Stop if you experience severe, sharp or worsening symptoms and seek appropriate help. Call 999 for an emergency or use NHS 111 when appropriate. Speak with a GP, registered dietitian or another qualified professional for a medical condition, medication, pregnancy, injury or disordered eating concern. Estimated one-repetition maxima are labelled estimates and should not be treated as tested maximal lifts.

Personal training

A personal-training connection is optional and is separate from AI Coach Pro. An invited adult may connect a new or existing account; app-sourced requests require trainer approval. While the engagement is active, the approved Trainer Pro account can read planned calendars, completed workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, check-ins and programmes. Trainers cannot directly edit client-owned workout or calendar records. Either participant may disconnect immediately, which removes trainer data access, prevents new messages and withdraws pending trainer proposals. Historical messages become read-only, while accepted programmes and workout history remain with the client.

PT messages are asynchronous text and are not an emergency, medical or real-time support service. A trainer-authored programme remains inactive until the client accepts it, chooses a start date and duration, and reviews calendar conflicts. Personal trainers pay INCRMNT for platform access and arrange any client fees outside INCRMNT.

Availability and changes

We may suspend AI for privacy, safety, provider or spend reasons while leaving the free tracker available. Features may change during beta, and we will explain material changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted sync, a particular training result or the availability of a particular AI model.

Waitlist and intellectual property

Joining a waitlist does not create a coaching contract, guarantee a place or take payment. INCRMNT branding and original content may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. You retain rights in your own submitted data and permit its processing only to operate the service as described.
